New annotation for GPCRs:
- Links to DiscoveRx PathHunter® assays and cell lines have been added to orphan pages, for example see the GPR6 receptor page;
- Updated annotation and introduction for the VIP and PACAP receptors;
- Annotation added for a Frizzled family receptor: FZD6.

New annotation for LGICs:
- Introductory chapter and full annotation of all Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunits.

New database links and other datasets:
- Further 3D structures for GPCRs (in particular, class B) have been added to the database;
- Links from ligand pages to ChemSpider - the free chemical database;
- New 'Radio analogues' tab on ligand pages providing information on radio-labelled versions of unlabelled ligands in IUPHAR-DB.
