Log average relative transcript abundance in mouse tissues measured by qPCR from Regard, J.B., Sato, I.T., and Coughlin, S.R. (2008). Anatomical profiling of G protein-coupled receptor expression. Cell, 135(3): 561-71. [PMID:18984166] [Raw data: website]

General Comments
Full coding sequence human cDNA is publicly available, IMAGE:7447864 [3] in the mammalian expression vector pCDNA3.1. It has two silent changes compared to the RefSeq and reference human genomic sequence and has the more common (K151) allele of known SNP rs1144122. Also IMAGE:8322503 [3] in pCR4-TOPO with reversed insert has the same K151 allele but without the two silent changes.
