The original gene prediction [1] failed to predict the first and last coding exons. There are five well characterised amino acid-changing SNPs as well as a number of reported amino acid-changing SNPs which are not confirmed. Mouse RefSeq NM_001033327.1 is based on cDNAs which cover only the last 5 exons. |
