General Comments
GPR112 is an orphan receptor belonging to Family VIII Adhesion-GPCRs together with GPR56, GPR64, GPR97, GPR114, GPR126 and GPR128 [2].

The original gene prediction [3] failed to predict the first and last coding exons.

There are five well characterised amino acid-changing SNPs as well as a number of reported amino acid-changing SNPs which are not confirmed.

Mouse RefSeq NM_001033327.1 is based on cDNAs which cover only the last 5 exons.
